What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan aligned with regional infrastructure investment cycles and revenue objectives
- Identify, prioritize, and actively manage key accounts within the territory, developing and executing effective key account plans that support long term growth across multiple product lines
- Generate revenue through the sale of corrosion resistant reinforcing steel products (GalvaBar® and ChromX®) and prefabricated modular bridge systems (InQuik®)
- Build, maintain, and convert a balanced pipeline of near term and long cycle opportunities, supported by accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM execution
- Proactively identify and pursue new account targets and early‑stage project opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and market engagement activities
Other Things You'll Do
- Engage municipalities, Departments of Transportation, engineering firms, rebar fabricators, associations, and general contractors to influence specifications, product selection, and project outcomes
- Participate in regional and national trade shows, industry associations, and targeted business development initiatives to expand and strengthen key account relationships
- Act as the primary liaison between asset owners, engineering firms, and internal operations teams to ensure alignment from opportunity development through execution
- Regular regional travel is required, with time in the field commensurate with territory size, customer needs, and active opportunities in a remote, field‑based growth sales role
- Territory includes: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky
What You'll Need
- Experience in technical, solution oriented B2B sales, preferably within heavy civil, bridge, highway, or infrastructure construction
- Background in sales, construction, start-ups, or project delivery strongly preferred
- Proven ability to develop and execute key account plans within complex, multi stakeholder sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the manufacturing of quality products that consistently meet or exceed consumer receiving specifications
- Reliable vehicle (within five model years) and a functional home office with high speed internet
Your Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
