Background:

• As an on-the-job ministry, we hire believers paid in Outreach Ministries to be trained up as discipleship ministers with the opportunity to quickly be promoted and paid as professional disciplers.
• Entry-level positions are available, and every Christian is encouraged to apply.
• We hire pastors and new believers alike who have a passion to serve others;
• From leading new church plants to a rewarding work from home part-time at $50 per hour $1200 per month.*
• Optional daily koinonia breakfast and prayer meetings at each new church plant near you;
• Master's in Discipleship is a very strong plus;
• Master of Discipleship Licentiate, by Acts Ministry, will provide a guaranteed position in 12 Apostles Church with a salary as designated below.

Theological considerations:

Every believer is commanded by Christ Jesus to make disciples and be paid "double honor" (double pay), Matthew 28:16-20; 1 Tim 5:17 . We are the exclusive church making history with the first of its kind, true comprehensive discipleship on-the-job training. Any Christian holding a Master of Discipleship (MDL) from Acts Ministry will receive an immediate offer for online discipleship employment with an increasing salary (beginning part-time). Just an hour a day in training for 90 days (1 Timothy 3:2 and Titus 1:9) while being contracted to promote our Ministry and earn double the average income working in exciting and passionate recreational and/or social media fundraising.

A Guarantee: Every minister holding an Acts Ministry MDL is guaranteed to be hired by The 12 Apostles Church with a starting salary as stated below. There are usually 20 to 30 positions open, and applications are being reviewed, with a hiring decision within 24 hours of your review .

We strive to pay over $50/hour, starting at $1,200 with promotions up to $4,800 PT in monthly salaries . We train even newer believers to become discipleship mentors, beginning with 1 to 2 hours a day. Training is required to obtain guaranteed employment with careers paying over $100,000 a year.

*For MDL holders, we offer immediate part-time salaries starting at $1200 with promotions up to $5,000 per month with Housing Allowances and other benefits. Every believer willing to study the Word, complete a 90-day Master of Discipleship course (1 hour a day) , and meet with other believers every day online and at sports or recreation outreach events, just as Jesus taught His first Disciples. Duties include:

Daily online discipleship with appointed mentees in Zoom calls and on our discipleship Legacy Group "spiritual media." Mentor other Christians who need help growing their faith, overcoming trials, and becoming true Christian professionals in their lifestyle.
