Hybrid High-Volume Retail Recruiter

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a hybrid, W2 contract based in Alpharetta, GA, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Candidates must have experience with high-volume recruiting and be comfortable using Workday ATS. The role is client-facing and requires on-camera interaction, so strong communication skills are essential.

Required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing recruitment environment
• Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions effectively
