Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Type: Contract Location: Multiple Locations Pay: $40$55/hour
Overview
The Rehabilitation Physical Therapist will work with patients of varying conditions to restore function and promote recovery. This role requires strong clinical assessment skills and a patient-centered approach.
Duties
- Perform detailed evaluations to determine therapy needs.
- Implement evidence-based treatment techniques.
- Provide therapeutic activities and use assistive equipment.
- Monitor response to therapies and modify plans accordingly.
- Teach home exercise and wellness strategies.
- Partner with care teams to ensure cohesive patient management.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Accredited PT program graduate.
- Active state PT license.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience preferred but not required.
