Moe's General Manager

Pay: Up to $50,000 depending on experience, plus full benefits package and paid time off

Moe's General Manager Job Requirements:

• Knows the business: 2+ years restaurant management operations experience, preferably as a General Manager in a concept that handles and prepares fresh ingredients
• Familiar with the concept and food we offer
• Experience hiring, training, and retaining employees
• Have a High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Be able to communicate clearly in the English language, Spanish language fluency is a plus but not required
• Be ServSafe Certified
• Must hold current driver’s license and insurance (must be able to physically drive own vehicle for store daily bank runs, catering orders, and to retrieve products when needed)
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with open availability, meaning this position will require a flexible schedule (not fixed) and be able to cover shifts on short notice
• Prioritize the hiring and continuous training of all employees
• Be proficient in operations including ordering, inventory, schedules, and P&L management
• Able to attain monthly sales and profit goals
