Who: A well-established specialty contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator.
What: You'll handle project billing, contract management, and job setup to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
When: This full-time opportunity is available immediately.
Where: Based in the Greater [City, State] area (location can be customized based on client’s location).
Why: Due to ongoing project growth, the team needs a reliable coordinator to support operations and project teams.
Office Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative construction office with a supportive team.
Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support billing, contracts, and project setup, while providing administrative assistance to ensure projects stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate project invoices, including change orders.
Support contract review and compliance tracking.
Set up new jobs in the project management system with accurate budget and milestone inputs.
Assist with reports, documentation, AP/AR, and general administrative duties.
Work closely with project managers and the accounting team.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction billing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); construction software experience a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Familiarity with construction industry processes preferred.
