Intercompany & Consolidation Accountant

We are seeking an Intercompany & Consolidation Accountant to own and streamline all intercompany activity across our growing set of entities. This is a key role within our corporate finance organization and will help relieve capacity constraints by providing dedicated oversight of intercompany processes. This position will partner closely with the corporate finance and treasury teams to ensure accurate consolidation, clean data, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all intercompany transactions across multiple entities daily, including reconciliations, eliminations, settlements, and monthly true ups.


• Maintain and continuously improve daily intercompany processes, documentation, and reporting to support a scalable multi-entity structure.


• Prepare and review monthly intercompany schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.


• Partner with the Treasury and AR teams during month-end close to ensure all intercompany activity is recorded accurately and timely.


• Support the consolidation process by ensuring intercompany eliminations are correctly reflected in consolidated financial statements and subsidiary reporting.


• Perform data-cleaning activities to improve reporting quality and strengthen the integrity of financial information across systems.


• Assist with system improvements and workflow optimization in NetSuite related to intercompany activity.


• Work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and improve communication between entities.


• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects related to multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, and operational efficiencies.


• Prepare and perform daily intercompany balance sheets and cash reconciliations.

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).


• 2+ years of hands-on intercompany accounting experience (multi-entity, multinational, or multi-store environment).


• NetSuite experience is required.


• Strong understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation workflows.


• High attention to detail with the ability to manage data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.


• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with accounting, FP&A, and operational leaders.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw accurate conclusions.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems or ERP platforms.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing recurring processes as well as ad-hoc projects.
