**What You'll Do:**
+ Assist with access control procedures to help manage the flow of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the logistics and distribution location.
+ Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client leadership.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related risks.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
+ Support emergency response activities according to site protocols and instructions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
