Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA

What You’ll Do:

As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a high-performing maintenance team while overseeing equipment reliability and process improvements. Your leadership will directly impact safety, efficiency, quality, and plant performance. You’ll be expected to:

• Manage the department’s safety, quality, and productivity performance to achieve plant goals.
• Walk the floor daily to observe, adjust, and proactively address operational concerns.
• Operate with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance output and meet customer expectations.
• Manage the department budget and capital/expense projects.
• Maintain and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervise work orders with a safety-first priority.
• Identify and hire qualified talent to support operational demands.
• Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within Maintenance Leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership in a maintenance or technical operations setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), and PdM (Predictive Maintenance).
• Experience managing capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• CAD knowledge for layouts, piping, and equipment planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., work orders, maintenance tracking, inventory control).
• Solid understanding of electrical safety practices.
• Plant or process engineering experience.
