A skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Stepdown care is needed for a contract opportunity in Albany, GA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional nursing care in Cardiac Stepdown and general Stepdown units, supporting patients who require specialized monitoring and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for patients in the Stepdown unit, including cardiac patients requiring close observation.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assessments in line with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Proven experience working in Cardiac Stepdown or Stepdown nursing units.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and critical care principles.
• Excellent clinical judgment, munication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond promptly to patient needs.
