Position Overview

Our client, a national leader in commercial real estate services for healthcare tenants and buyers , is seeking entrepreneurial professionals to join its growing team as Commercial Real Estate Agents.

In this role, you'll represent healthcare providers throughout the commercial real estate process—from site selection and due diligence to financial analysis and final negotiations . Your responsibility is to protect your clients' interests and help them secure the best possible terms for their practices.

What You'll Do

• Advise and represent healthcare providers in commercial real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline representing dozens of healthcare practices annually.
• Identify, evaluate, and present commercial properties, locations, and development opportunities.
• Conduct due diligence and analyze potential real estate opportunities.
• Negotiate leases, purchases, financial terms, and complex deal structures.
• Educate healthcare providers on the commercial real estate process and available options.
• Analyze transaction costs and purchase-versus-lease scenarios .
• Advocate for clients during negotiations with landlords, sellers, brokers, and other parties.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals and prospective clients.
• Establish and grow referral relationships with trusted vendors and strategic partners.
• Manage opportunities from initial business development through transaction completion.

• Proven experience in relationship building and new business development .

Commercial Real Estate Experience Is Not Required

Previous commercial real estate experience is not required . The organization provides comprehensive training covering:
