Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area

• Manage appointment schedules, visitor logs, and sign-ins

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory management

• Support administrative teams with routine tasks as needed
