Job Title: General Labor / Outdoor Production Associate – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a full-time, hands-on labor position with long-term potential for permanent employment.
Schedule
Monday- Friday
6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Saturdays are optional
If you commit to working Saturday, attendance is required
Failure to report will count against attendance record
Job Overview
This position involves outdoor, physical labor in all weather conditions. Candidates will work in a fast-paced production environment performing hands-on tasks that support daily operations.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for individuals who:
Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Have experience in construction, landscaping, framing, or similar hands-on labor roles (preferred but not required)
Are dependable, punctual, and motivated
Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Many of our most successful long-term employees started with little to no experience but proved themselves through hard work and consistency.
