Line Cook
Füm is building the opening team for a new, technique-driven Italian restaurant in West Midtown. Our kitchen is defined by from-scratch production (pasta, charcuterie, dry-aging), a wood-fired hearth, and a commitment to sourcing the finest regional ingredients.

The Role:
- Execute all prep and menu items to the highest standard from your assigned station (Hearth, Pasta, Garde Manger, etc.).
- Maintain a clean and organized station (mise en place) at all times.
- Work with focus and communicate clearly with the team.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with consistency.
You Are:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a professional, quality-driven kitchen.
- A strong foundation in classic culinary techniques is required. Demonstrated skill in live-fire cooking or from-scratch pasta production is a significant advantage.
- A disciplined, organized approach to your work. Speed and accuracy are mandatory.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A strong sense of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual respect. No excuses.
