What you will be doing…

Drive business case development and the identification and realization of business value for large scale investments including ERP transformation programs

Redefine, optimize and implement organization target operating models

Optimize end-to-end business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Customer Management

Improve our clients’ performance management by enhancing reporting

Focus on business enablers and improve intelligent systems to ensure an adequate fit with business processes and strategy

You understand technology and ERP applications (SAP S/4HANA is a plus)

You understand the new role of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Management, and/or Finance in global enterprises

You are curious and are fascinated with industry trends and market dynamics

You blend analytical skills with solid business acumen

You understand and have the people and communication skills to support change

You teach and learn with equal enthusiasm

You are empathetic and sensitive to your environment

Who you are…

Extensive (10+ years) experience within Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Customer Management domain in industry or consulting roles

Managed successful execution of optimization or relevant digital transformation projects

Strong core consulting skills including workshop facilitation, inductive/ deductive reasoning, executive client interaction, data analysis, process design, and change management

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
