1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following : * Please note this is an on-site position* Provides in-office client and advisor support interfacing with our affluent investment clients and centers of influence. Provide essential investment support in the daily investment portfolio administration for the Wealth Management regional office. Provide administrative support to Investment Managers and help coordinate with other members of the Wealth team (Advisors, Planners, etc.) to provide a high-quality service level to our Wealth clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, distributions, payments, transfers or other routine transactions. 2. Enter and maintain appropriate client records, monitor client transactions and client data for accuracy and timeliness and maintain appropriate documentation of client transactions. 3. Utilize various trust and investment systems to affect transactions, monitor accounts, create reports and prepare client presentations. 4. Respond to client requests for information and assistance within appropriate level of authority. 5. Support the sales and retention effort by scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up telephone calls, and preparing & maintaining client presentation & marketing materials 6. Assist the advisors with other administrative functions, prioritizing those actions that enable quality client interaction. 7. Continually provide responsive and personal service to our Wealth Clients. 8. Assist with special projects for the Investment Managers. 9. Assist Investment Analyst with compliance exception items.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Entry Level / 1 - 3 years in the role as an Investment Support Specialist/Fiduciary Support Specialist; trust, investment, banking or financial planning-related client service experience, or equivalent outside experience. 2. Knowledge of deposits, loan, banking products, and operating systems unique to the line of business, including trusts and investments. 3. General knowledge of investment products (stocks, bonds). 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 7. Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Undergraduate degree 2. Entry level knowledge of investments
