Job Description

As an HR Filer, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by organizing and maintaining physical personnel files and other important documents. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately file HR paperwork and confidential documents in an organized system
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records
• Retrieve documents as requested by HR staff
• Prepare files for archiving or disposal as needed
• Ensure filing areas remain clean and organized
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift light boxes of files
• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

The base salary range for this position is $13.00 an hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
