Job Description
Location: Marietta, GA
Requirements:
- Sholud have 8+ years experience in SAP .
- SAP BPC 10.1, SAP BPC 11, SAP BW 7.5, SAP ECC
- Strong technical experience to handle BPC/BI technical objects, environments build, transports, etc.
- Experience in Netweaver version of BPC preferably latest version with the following
- Organizing the BPC technical objects into transport requests and experience with BPC transport tables
- Fixing errors arising out of import of the objects into QA/PRD systems
- EVDRE reports and input schedule development with VBA
- Testing consolidations and PBF functionality
- At least 5 years' experience in the implementation and operation of SAP Planning / Consolidation
- Sound business knowledge - ideally in business planning and consolidation processes
- Expertise on SAP BW 7.5/Business Planning and Consolidation versions 10.1 on SAP NetWeaver platform
- Upgrade expertise on SAP BW 7.5/SAP BPC 10.1
- The candidate should have excellent insights to functional and technical aspect of SAP software components which includes SAP Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) 10.1.
- Use of formal system implementation methodologies during project prep, requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment is required. Product configuration knowledge of the SAP FI-GL PCA and CCA, SAP Fixed Assets, SAP BPC and SAP BI tool is a must.
- Must have Business unit planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
- Architect solutions, including budgets and forecasts
- Dimension Management - defining members, hierarchies and properties
- Script Logic development and data package development
- Reports/Input Template development using EVDRE functionality
- Experience in Integration to SAP BW and ECC
Responsibilities :
- Using knowledge of leading practices for accounting function. Should have strong insights to General Ledger, Asset accounting, controlling and profitability process areas
- SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidations) Consultant will be responsible for successful delivery of the planning and consolidation solutions to our clients.
- Participating in requirement gathering sessions
- Manage transports
- Meeting with Client business analyst to understand requirements
- Meeting with Solution Architects to design whole application framework
- Meeting with client project manager for planning deliverables, timeline, resource estimation etc.
- Explaining the requirements, functionality, design & framework to onsite & offshore team members
- Provides management with timely communication on status & Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives.
- Identifies areas for process improvement.
- Maintains appropriate communication within the team and across various teams (i.e. internal and external).
- Considerable leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to work with Business and relate to IT requirements where necessary
- Perform proof of concepts to evaluate different big data platform for suitability
- Support the solution through deployment and operations
- Participate in the ongoing development roadmap
