Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst (Windows, O365, AD, Exchange, VPN 10+ yrs)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite - Local candidates)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities

• Provide Complex Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for advanced technical issues, guiding team members in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
• Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors, coordinating support for advanced technical issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support Core IT Systems: Manage and support Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams (softphones), VPN, RDP, and Windows operating systems.
• Research & Implement Solutions: Recommend, design, and implement technical solutions to improve efficiency, security, and system reliability.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring effective knowledge sharing across the IT team.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams.
• Enterprise Environment: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft enterprise environments including:
  • Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.
  • Windows Infrastructure configuration via Group Policy and/or scripting.
  • PowerShell automation and execution of tasks.
  • Strong grasp of TCP/IP stack and core services (DNS, DHCP).
• Active Directory & Migrations:
  • 3+ years of experience with AD DS upgrades, consolidations, and migration projects.
  • 2+ years with Office/Microsoft 365, including at least 1 year migrating mailboxes.
  • 1+ year of experience with ADFS or Azure AD, with understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Vendor Coordination: Proven track record of coordinating with external vendors for issue resolution.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure).
• Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS/EM+S): Experience with Microsoft EMS or Enterprise Mobility + Security.
• Cloud & Collaboration Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments.
• ITIL/Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management and ITIL best practices.
• Soft Skills:
