Roberts Properties has an opportunity for a Real Estate Development Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in the real estate development industry with a competitive salary based on the individual's qualifications and the opportunity for a merit-based bonus. Well-qualified candidates will have a four-year college degree in real estate, finance, or business. Relevant industry experience is desired but not required, along with possessing a self-motivated initiative, a desire for details, and being able to work with minimal supervision.

This position is responsible for locating new A locations for land development acquisitions, apartments, and other forms of residential housing. They should be excellent at using the

• primary duties are locating potential land acquisition opportunities in the Southeast for residential development
• Once a site is identified, the Real estate manager will assess the location's viability for a designated use within the municipality, zoning, and utility availability.
• Conduct market studies on comparable land sales to determine property values
