+ About the job:

The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves managing staff, production planning, warehouse processes, and facility readiness while supporting business growth initiatives.

+ We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an associate or bachelor’s degree (required; related field preferred)

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role

• Understands plant management, production planning, and quality control principles

• Brings excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems

• Communicates effectively and works well with teams at all levels

• Pays strong attention to detail and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Has experience launching new facilities (preferred)

• Holds Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (preferred)

• Has prior experience in manufacturing (preferred)

+ What you’ll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage manufacturing and production activities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business goals

• Hire, train, and onboard production staff in alignment with company standards

• Monitor production output and adjust resources to optimize efficiency

• Develop and enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and safety procedures

• Maintain equipment and oversee preventive maintenance schedules

• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports

• Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

• Resolve production issues and establish long-term process improvements

• Lead setup and execution of operations for a new warehouse facility

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for facility readiness

• Oversee installation and integration of equipment, systems, and ERP processes

• Define warehouse layout, workflow, and storage systems for efficiency

• Monitor startup performance metrics and adjust staffing or processes as needed
