Waterline Foreman (Crew Welcome)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience; discussed at interview)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Waterline Foreman to lead waterline installation and repair crews on active job sites. Candidates may apply individually or with an established crew . This role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of underground utilities, and a strong focus on safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise waterline installation and repair crews
- Ensure work meets county and project specifications
- Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and job site setup
- Maintain job site safety and proper trenching practices
- Communicate progress and issues with project management
Requirements:
- Prior waterline or underground utility experience (foreman or lead preferred)
- Knowledge of pipe installation, fittings, and repairs
- Ability to manage a crew and work hands-on
- Reliable and dependable
