Our Data Administrators is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both Orkin’s internal teams and external customers. In this role, you will handle a wide range of data entry requests from the field, including data modifications, price adjustments, cancellations, missing service tickets, and new business entries. Additionally, you will conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities
You Will . . .
- Accurately enter new customer accounts from the National Account Console into BOSS, ensuring minimal errors
- Carefully compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
- Obtain necessary source documents, approvals, and other required information for incomplete download requests
- Conduct audits of completed work to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Respond to phone and email inquiries related to Data Administration within one business day
- Perform mass updates of existing database records with a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate proficiency in alphanumeric data entry
- Skillfully create and populate database fields as required
- Regularly review error reports and enter necessary corrections into the system

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred minimum 1-2 years of Data Entry in relevant customer service
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Data entry & proficient 10-key skills
- Problem solving
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Proficient typing skills.
- Good customer service skills
- Self-motivation
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to do the same task for long periods of time
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
