**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism throughout the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or directing visitors as needed.
+ Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for tenants and guests.
+ Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly as part of security-related responsibilities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
