How you’ll contribute

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and restore equipment to service
• Complete safety/quality inspections and maintain accurate records
• Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and emergent issues
• Work with the team to enhance processes, reliability, and overall efficiency
• Comply with all safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

What you’ll need to succeed

• 1+ year of documented mechanical experience (combination across employers allowed) or completion of an industrial maintenance training program
• Rehire eligibility only after 180 days and fewer than three prior employment terms
• Age 18+ with valid identification
• Ability to use basic hand tools and to read/understand assignments
• Core knowledge across welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft; stand for long periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather
