Attorney - Labor and Employment
Established (est. 35+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Attorney for Employment and Labor in Atlanta, GA
An established firm based in Atlanta with over 35 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team onsite on a hyrbid basis. This Attorney will have experience with Employment and Labor , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $125,000-$170,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
The Attorney must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
The Attorney must have 3-7 years of experience practicing employment and labor law
The Attorney must have experience handling employment counseling, compliance matters, and litigation
The Attorney must have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
The Attorney must be able to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with partners and clients
The Attorney must demonstrate strong communication skills and client-service orientation
Responsibilities:
Manage employment and labor litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Provide counsel to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
Represent clients in administrative proceedings and hearings
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and risk assessments
