To excel as a Lounge Bartender at The Westin Jekyll Island, you must embody a go-getter attitude and maintain a positive demeanor even during busy shifts. Your unwavering focus on customer service will set you apart, ensuring that every guest interaction is a memorable one. Possessing a ServSafe Certificate and TIPS or similar alcohol-related training will equip you with the knowledge to navigate responsible serving practices.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, previous bartending experience is highly valued. Your expertise in crafting a wide array of beverages, understanding local liquor laws, and adhering to food and beverage procedures will be instrumental. Familiarity with health department regulations and reliable transportation are also essential for success in this role.

• Previous bartending experience preferred. Bartending skills- specific knowledge of liquor beer wine mixed drinks and mocktails
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage procedures and serving standards
• Health Department rules and regulations
• Must have reliable transportation.
