Earning Potential

This is a commission-only role with no income cap .

• Part-time agents typically earn $50,000+ annually .
• Full-time agents often earn $115,000+ annually .
  Actual earnings depend on effort, client volume, and performance. This is not a salaried or hourly position .

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their life and health insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options and assist through the application process.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.
• Participate in regular training and development meetings.
