Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to contribute expertise within an early childhood educational setting. This role is focused on serving the Preschool Diagnostics Team by collaborating with a skilled three-person team to conduct comprehensive evaluations for incoming preschool students.

Position Details:

• Location: Lawrenceville, GA
• Duration: Contract, Current School Year (CSY)
• Setting: Onsite, Early Childhood School
• Scope: District-wide assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations for preschool-aged children
• Collaborate closely with team members to assess developmental needs and provide recommendations
• Support the identification of communication disorders to enable appropriate intervention planning
• Partner with families and educational staff to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Valid Georgia SLP license and teaching certification required
• Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, school, and/or early intervention settings
• Strong background in preschool speech and language evaluations
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to enhance communication with diverse families
