Finance Specialist

Known for their commitment to operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, they are currently seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Finance Reporting Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with leadership, streamline financial processes, and make a tangible impact on plant-level efficiency. This is a temporary assignment (not temp-to-perm) for ~6-7 months to support while an employee is out on leave. It will be working 100% on site (no remote), in Tucker, Monday-Friday, 8-5 0r 9-6. Responsibilities

• Compile weekly and monthly reports using data from NetSuite, UKG, and other operational or financial systems
• Prepare and maintain reporting related to budget versus actual expenses, labor, overhead, operational performance, waste, throughput, and other key plant-level metrics.
• Validate report data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before distribution.
• Analyze budget versus actual results, including identifying key variances, trends, and potential areas of concern.
• Support the Director of Operations Finance in reviewing the current list of reports and identifying opportunities to consolidate, simplify, or eliminate reports that are duplicative or not actionable.
• Help reduce the time required to prepare recurring reports through improved templates, automation, better data organization, and process improvements.
• Support labor reporting using UKG data, including analysis of hours, overtime, labor efficiency, and labor cost trends.
• Support NetSuite reporting related to expenses, production, work orders, inventory, standards, and other operational finance metrics.
• Assist with preparation of the 2027 operational and overhead budget, including compiling historical data, budget assumptions, departmental inputs, and supporting schedules.
