We are searching for a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Store Manager Sales Associate to be the right hand to our Store Manager. You'll be the pulse of the store, ensuring amazing customer experiences, maximizing sales, and leading yourself to victory every single day. Sales & Profit Maximization
- Drive Revenue: Actively manage the floor to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in a high-volume environment.
- Deal Closer: Personally engage with customers, handle large sales inquiries, and ensure every transaction maximizes profitability.
- Financial Insight: Monitor daily sales, manage cash control with precision, and assist the Store Manager in analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Compensation: Benefit from our high-potential Base Hourly + Unlimited Commission structure. Your success in leadership and sales will translate directly into a high income.
️ Liquidation Inventory & Operational Excellence
- Product Expertise: Master the rapid intake, processing, pricing, and display of our constantly changing inventory, which spans diverse categories (from electronics and home goods to apparel and tools).
- Merchandising Maestro: Create dynamic, attractive, and effective displays to highlight new arrivals and maximize turns on overstock items.
- Warehouse Flow: Assist with receiving and organizing large-scale inventory shipments (pallets/truckloads), ensuring efficient stocking and organization within the warehouse/store.
- Compliance & Loss Prevention: Uphold stringent operational procedures, company policies, and compliance standards, with a sharp focus on minimizing shrinkage and maximizing safety.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (Your Non-Negotiable Qualifications)
We are specifically seeking a candidate with a long-term perspective who is excited by the unique nature of the liquidation business.
- MUST HAVE A STRONG ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS/MINDSET. You are proactive, resourceful, possess a keen eye for maximizing profit on varied merchandise, and operate with a high degree of ownership.
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience in a high-volume retail or warehouse environment (experience with liquidation or varied merchandise is a strong plus).
- Adaptability & Speed: Proven ability to thrive and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover inventory environment.
- Exceptional Sales Acumen: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and effectively coaching sales techniques.
- Clear & Confident Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills.
