Training Admin

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Observe live manufacturing operations on the production floor to understand the sequence of tasks and safety requirements.
- Document every step of the manufacturing process in detail, translating physical actions into clear, written instructions.
- Capture high-quality imagery of machinery, tool usage, and assembly stages to provide visual context for training manuals.
- Identify and list specific tools and hardware required for each task to ensure training materials are technically accurate.
- Create and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with floor operators and supervisors to verify that documented steps match current best practices.
- Organize and maintain digital files , ensuring all photos and documents are updated and easily accessible.
- Participate in departmental updates and coordination efforts via Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols , including the consistent use of steel-toed shoes and situational awareness while standing/walking on the production floor.
- Update existing training documentation whenever equipment or processes change to keep all materials current.
