Join the team at Gwinnett Place Ford as a Service Advisor in Duluth, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service while efficiently managing service appointments and vehicle repairs. You will work closely with technicians to communicate service needs and updates, helping to deliver a smooth and satisfying service experience to every customer.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs with the service team.
- Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain recommended services and repairs to customers.
- Manage customer communications regarding vehicle status and completion timelines.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Work collaboratively with technicians to confirm diagnoses and repair procedures.
- Promote additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with automotive service operations and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and automotive service software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Competitive compensation package up to $15,000++ per month, paid semi-monthly.
