Landing Property Manager
About the Role:
Landing is seeking a Property Manager to join our Field Operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for members in your property, supporting check-ins, coordinating with cleaners and vendors, and resolving issues quickly and empathetically. Success in this role means ensuring every Landing home is ready for move-in and every members feels supported throughout their stay.
About the Team:
Our Field Operations team owns the support of Member and Property needs while working closely with our host, installation, and property success teams, based in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. Working together, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our members in the Huntsville Market. Hospitality Coordinators report up to General Managers and are imperative to Landing’s success.
What You’ll Do:
- Inspect units prior to member check-ins, ensuring that every home a member walks into is up to the Landing Standard
- Source, form relationships with and oversee contract cleaners onsite
- Evaluate property and home condition, ensuring inventory meets Landing standards
- Evaluate and resolve all guest concerns
- Respond to tickets, calls and text messages in a timely manner
- Act as liaision with property management team to quickly resolve maintenance requests and address member concerns
What You Need:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented mindset and willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, service or operations (preferred, but not required)
