Instructional Aide Positions Available Flexible, Per Diem Opportunities in Ringgold, GA

We are seeking compassionate Instructional Aides to provide focused support to students in school settings. These per diem roles offer flexibility and meaningful impact by assisting students one-on-one or in small groups. Responsibilities

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance under teacher and staff direction
• Aid students with daily routines, transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to complete TB test and necessary background clearances before starting
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
  Preferred Experience
• Background in school settings, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
