We're seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record of success in high-volume, upscale dining environments (200-300 covers) , ideally with a focus on the guest experience. You're not just a manager; you're a leader, a mentor, and a community builder.

• 5+ years leading high-volume restaurants

• A strong communicator and problem-solver who drives results.
