About the Role
We are seeking Remote Client Service Coordinators to support clients with organizing and coordinating memorable experiences. This flexible, remote role is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently. No prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with coordinating vacations, getaways, cruises, tours, and group arrangements

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities

Provide clear recommendations based on client needs

Coordinate bookings with suppliers and vendors

Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication

Support clients before, during, and after their experience
