Role: Tax Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join our team in Marietta, GA . This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week in-office collaboration with our team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and efficiently

• Communicate with clients to gather documentation and answer tax-related questions

• Utilize Ultra Tax , File Cabinet & CS Practice to manage workflows and client communication

• Review financial information and identify potential tax-saving opportunities

• Maintain compliance with federal and state tax regulations

• Follow firm procedures and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members and participate in growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of tax preparation and filing experience

• Experience with tax software preferred ( Ultra Tax experience is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and client service abilities

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

• Must be willing to learn and grow within the company

Enrolled Agent (EA) Requirement

• Current Enrolled Agent (EA) License preferred

• If not currently licensed, candidate must be willing to obtain EA certification within the next few months

• Company will cover the cost of obtaining the EA license
