Job Description
Job Description
AI Adoption Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week)
Compensation: $120,000 annually
We are seeking an AI Adoption Lead to guide how our teams learn, embrace, and apply artificial intelligence across the business. This role, part of Learning & Organizational Development, will design and deliver programs that make AI accessible, practical, and impactful for employees at every level.
As AI Adoption Lead, you’ll help create and coordinate an internal AI Center of Excellence and develop an AI Champions network—early adopters who will inspire and support colleagues throughout the organization. Your work will accelerate responsible AI use, strengthen collaboration, and ensure employees are equipped to leverage new tools in ways that add real business value.
What You’ll Do
Build and deliver training, workshops, playbooks, and digital learning resources that raise AI literacy across business functions.
Partner with leaders in Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to identify workflows where AI can drive measurable improvements.
Launch and manage the AI Champions program, enabling advocates to share best practices and foster adoption across teams.
Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Facilitate demos and hands-on sessions to showcase AI use cases and help employees gain confidence in applying new tools.
Define and promote standards for safe, ethical, and effective AI use in alignment with company policies.
Measure adoption and impact, collect feedback, and refine learning programs to maximize effectiveness.
Support change management efforts, ensuring employees feel supported as processes evolve.
Stay current with emerging AI trends, evaluating relevance and sharing insights that influence strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field (preferred but not required).
Six or more years of experience in learning, enablement, or organizational development in a technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning fundamentals, including risks, limitations, and ethical considerations.
Strong background in instructional design and the ability to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for making technical topics easy to understand.
Experience building or leading champion programs, ambassador networks, or communities of practice.
Project management skills with the ability to oversee cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
Vendor management experience a plus, particularly with training or AI tool providers.
Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Why Join
This role offers the chance to drive change at scale, influencing how thousands of employees embrace AI and shaping how the organization operates in the future. If you’re motivated by helping people adapt, inspired by technology, and excited to make an immediate impact, the AI Adoption Lead role provides the platform to do exactly that.
