Fact paced growing IT Solutions firm is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our Atlanta, GA team. The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling, data entry, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be the central point of contact for coordinating computer deliveries and setup installations—calling and emailing customers, communicating with delivery drivers, providing order updates, and working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service. This role requires a quick learner who is comfortable managing high-volume email correspondence in Outlook, scanning documents, and collaborating across departments using Microsoft Teams. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with our company as we expand.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our Atlanta, GA team.
Responsibilities
- Call and email customers to schedule computer deliveries, setup installations, and provide timely order status updates
- Manage high-volume email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook to confirm appointments, answer inquiries, and follow up on scheduling changes
- Communicate with delivery drivers to coordinate routes, relay scheduling details, and resolve any on-the-day logistics issues
- Coordinate with the sales team to align delivery schedules with customer orders, project timelines, and account priorities
- Collaborate across departments using Microsoft Teams for real-time updates, scheduling changes, and internal communications
- Scan and process delivery documents, proof-of-delivery forms, and customer paperwork into company systems
- Maintain and update scheduling records, customer databases, and order tracking systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce to keep all records current
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Multitask across multiple scheduling requests, driver check-ins, and sales team inquiries while maintaining organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in scheduling, data entry, and administrative coordination
- Minimum of 3 years' experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel; proficiency in email management is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams for internal communication and collaboration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
- Experience answering phones and communicating professionally with customers
- Strong written communication skills for managing customer email correspondence
- Experience with scanning, document processing, and digital filing
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Able to work effectively with a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Schedule
Monday through Friday, full-time, with occasional overtime as required by project timelines.
