Partnerships Lead

We partner with employers, educators, and community organizations to design skills-first talent pipelines aligned to real hiring needs.
The Part-Time Partnerships Lead is responsible for building, managing, and advancing employer and ecosystem partnerships that result in real hiring opportunities, pilots, and workforce collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective employer and ecosystem partners aligned to NPursuit program
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce gaps
- Advance partnerships toward pilots, hiring commitments, site visits, or collaboration agreements
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date partnership pipeline with clear stages and next steps
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience in partnerships, business development, recruiting, or employer engagement
- Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers and hiring stakeholders
- Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline discipline
- Experience in workforce development, staffing, or talent solutions preferred
