Bartender
- This position prefers prior experience as a bartender.
- TIPS are not shown on hourly wage, because they will be earned separately.
- TIPS are expected (but not guaranteed) to be a minimum of 10$-20$ per hour, in addition to hourly wage; this number could be much more as well.
- Bartender must be able to multitask, interact well with others socially, and with work.
- All tasks associated with the restaurant are required to be performed by entire team.
- The restaurant functions as a team, and thus requires everyone's willingness to work together to accomplish all tasks.
- It is required to be responsible for checking identification of all patrons ordering alcohol.
- May be asked to assist with serving tables, learning barista as well.
- A requirement as part of the job interview will be to make a few drinks.
