Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Atlanta, GA | Civil Defense

An established Atlanta defense practice is seeking a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support a busy, active caseload across commercial disputes, real estate litigation, and general civil defense matters.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership—tracking deadlines, anticipating next steps, and keeping attorneys organized in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
• File in Georgia state and federal courts (Odyssey & PACER)
• Manage calendars and track litigation deadlines
• Organize case files and supporting documentation
• Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial prep
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and counsel

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Civil litigation required; defense experience preferred
• Familiarity with Georgia court procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
