We are representing a well-established, high-performing endodontic practice in Western Georgia that is seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontist to join its growing team. The practice has a strong reputation for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and trusted referral relationships with general dentists throughout the region. You will provide care across two modern locations in Hiram and Kennesaw , both designed to support efficient workflows and exceptional patient experiences.

The practice is supported by a nationally recognized specialty-focused dental partnership that provides robust non-clinical infrastructure, operational support, and access to best-in-class systems. Practice Locations & Schedule

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Hiram: 2 fully equipped operatories

• Kennesaw: 3 fully equipped operatories

Compensation

• 43% of collections for services personally provided

  • This highly competitive structure is supported by strong reimbursement rates and consistent patient demand.

Debt Assistance Program

• $2,000 per month for the first year

  • Designed to help offset student loan payments while you ramp up and establish your patient base.

Relocation Assistance

• Negotiable , based on individual needs.

Continuing Education

• $2,500 annual CE allowance
