Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to support our attorneys in a wide range of transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting legal documents, managing complex files, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise corporate documents, including formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, and corporate resolutions
• Prepare and review contracts and investment-related agreements
• Assist with estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents
• Support probate and estate administration, including preparation of filings and correspondence with courts and clients
• Maintain and organize client files and documentation
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and third parties as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and firm standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of paralegal experience in a transactional law practice
• Demonstrated experience drafting corporate documents, contracts, and investment agreements
• Strong background in estate planning (wills, trusts) xrczosw and probate administration
• Excellent writing, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
