DevOps Engineer
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to oversee and manage code releases.
- Apply a strong understanding of software engineering and coding principles to support release management.
- Design, implement, and maintain systems software while analyzing data to improve existing processes and systems.
- Drive productivity improvements through process optimization and automation.
- Utilize automation tools for process automation and testing as needed.
- Coordinate effectively across multiple teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Balance technical responsibilities with operational management, demonstrating the ability to wear both technical and operational hats.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects from initiation through completion with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify potential challenges, develop solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, release management, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working closely with software developers and IT operations teams.
- Knowledge of automation tools used for process automation and software testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
