Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult Med-Surg patients, including assessment, vital signs, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care as needed.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate as per protocol.
- Administer medications and therapies per orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Document care in EPIC EMR accurately and timely; maintain updated records.
- Implement isolation precautions for patients with COVID-19, monkeypox, and other isolations; ensure proper PPE and room protocols.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounds; assist with discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
- Active RN license and Nursys license verification
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg RN experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Certification Card on file
- Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; Skills Checklist; References
- Ability to work in a hospital Med-Surg setting
