What You’ll Do: · Lead the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring excellence across federal and state returns. · Take the stage with clients — deliver proactive communication, insight, and solutions that exceed expectations. · Manage financial performance, engagements, and client relationships with confidence and precision. · Mentor, coach, and elevate the next generation of tax professionals within your team. · Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for clarity, creativity, and strategic thinking. · Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and lead process improvements to enhance client outcomes. · Play a visible role in business development through community engagement, networking, and market growth. What We’re Looking For: · BA/BS in Accounting + CPA required. · 9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise. · 2+ years leading tax management teams. · A natural communicator with presence — able to inspire confidence, hold attention, and lead client conversations with authority. · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
