About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent support to both internal teams and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing orders and handling purchase orders and quote requests received via fax, email, portal, or phone.
Checking inventory to confirm product availability.
Preparing estimates and quotes with precise pricing calculations.
Managing customer inquiries and resolving order-related issues.
Creating work orders or job tickets in E2 software.
Proactively tracking customer orders and keeping them informed about status updates.
Ensuring on-time order deliveries by coordinating with internal departments.
Reviewing all orders for accuracy before finalizing.
Verifying and updating customer information.
Organizing and maintaining order records for efficient tracking.
