Responsibilities: Assisting in day-to-day Accounting processes. Main responsibility will be managing Accounts Receivable, but may be required to assist with A/P, other data entry, filing, taking cash deposits to the banks (reliable transportation is required and a stipend is paid per week in addition to regular pay), and other team related support. Must have basic accounting knowledge, be proficient in Excel and have used Accounting software, preferably QuickBooks. Must be able to work in an environment that is dog friendly (feel free to bring your pet to work), work well with others in a somewhat quiet atmosphere. Please note, this is not your typical A/R position, so must be willing to learn and able to think "outside" the box. Must be a good listener, note taker and communicator.

Currently we maintain 3 battery sales/installation retail stores but want to grow once we have the right people in place. We have been in business since 2016 with less than 15 employees and we are very family oriented. With over 1MM in gross sales annually, we are working toward a more structured environment, while still maintaining the feel of camaraderie and familial orientation.
